I had a storage unit at Der Storage Platz for about 18 months. The facilities are secure, newer, and very clean. Debbie, the General Manager, is always friendly and helpful. She even helped me find a new home for an item I no longer had room for. Great customer service.

Der Storage Platz was excellent to work with. Their facilities are top notch, the unit was clean and easily accessible. The staff made renting a unit incredibly easy and they were very flexible with us when we needed to change the dates for moving out of our unit. I can’t recommend them enough if you need a storage unit for any length of time.

Tammy Jo is a peach! One of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Always helpful, and willing to accommodate a worrisome individual who is storing their entire home(me). She calls before there are any problems with your account, and lets you know of impending repairs that might, or might not affect you, the tenant. I would , and have recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality storage facility, with a manager that treats you better than most top level hotel concierges. Der Storage Platz is lucky to have such a personable individual at their helm, and I wouldn't consider anyone else in this town after working with her for the last 4 months.
