Very professional and warm welcome when we arrived and with each contact since. We would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a clean and secured storage facility.

Tammy Jo is a peach! One of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Always helpful, and willing to accommodate a worrisome individual who is storing their entire home(me). She calls before there are any problems with your account, and lets you know of impending repairs that might, or might not affect you, the tenant. I would , and have recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality storage facility, with a manager that treats you better than most top level hotel concierges. Der Storage Platz is lucky to have such a personable individual at their helm, and I wouldn't consider anyone else in this town after working with her for the last 4 months.

This is a clean, air-conditioned storage facility with an attentive and caring onsite manger, Tammy Jo. She makes you feel like family. She is dedicated to ensuring that the facility is always clean, tidy, easy-to-access, and bug free. They have a rolling cart to make it easy for you to load/unload your items and a broom and dustpan available and clean up any debris you generate by your moving activities. The driveway is generously wide, making it easy to park and still leave space for others to drive past while unloading, which is an important courtesy at a shared facility. The continuous video surveillance is a comforting feature. Tammy Jo makes sure the restroom inside (your code is required to access the building) is always clean. She even has ice water and paper cups available inside, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, this is facility is a great bargain for the cleanliness and excellent customer service from Tammy Jo.
